This workshop will discuss five different generations and the best ways to implement strategies that foster effective training encounters. Participants will learn about the events and influences that shaped these generations and develop tactics to build mutual purpose, respect, and motivation.

It is a process in which one can guide individuals to inspire them to maximize their personal and professional potential through the application of the coaching conversation. This highly participative course is designed to define coaching, introduce students to a coaching conversation model, and apply the model to specific real-life situations and issues.
Enhancing your public speaking and presentation skills
This interactive course provides participants with public speaking skill development strategies in a large group and individualized setting. The course provides both classroom time and individualized coaching for each participant. Presentation tools, materials, and effective communication techniques will be provided to participants.
Interpersonal Skills Workshop
How much does effective communication contribute to productive work? This workshop gives your organization the answer. Effective interpersonal communication is defined, personality differences and communication is discussed as well as assessing your nonverbal communication. Communication pitfalls to avoid are identified and participants have the opportunity to put it all together and conduct an effective conversation and discuss outcomes.
